Beauty Equipment Sourcing Checklist for Distributors
A distributor shortlist needs a repeatable record for each configuration. Start with exact product identity and the market where you intend to supply it.

Use a model and variant record
Assign each shortlist entry its product link, model, configuration and image. Keep floor-standing and tabletop variants separate even when they share a model code. Do not merge records by appearance alone.
Request a document index
Ask for the exact-model specification, manual, available conformity documents and issuing references. Record the model, issuer, validity information and destination scope. The existence of a document does not itself establish its relevance or validity.
Review parts and replenishment
Request the spare-parts and consumables references, compatibility information and the supplier’s order process. Confirm which items are included with the equipment and which require separate orders.
Put branding requests into a separate brief
Specify logo placement, interface language, packaging and quantity. Ask for feasibility, artwork requirements, cost, minimum quantities and lead time for each change. Do not infer exclusivity or branding rights from an initial conversation.
Make the commercial comparison consistent
Compare the same configuration and delivery terms. Clarify currency, packed dimensions, delivery responsibilities, included documents and support obligations. Record unanswered points before presenting the range to your customers.
Planning guidance, not a quotation, operating manual, legal determination or clinical advice. Product facts appear with their sources on the individual equipment pages. Last reviewed: 4 November 2026.
Ask for the details that matter.
Confirm the model, configuration, destination and commercial terms.
